Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the public Return My Time website. A signed client agreement governs paid services and controls if it conflicts with these website terms.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful business and informational purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material, misrepresent your identity, or use content in a way that violates applicable law.

Information and resources

Articles, prompts, quiz results, and other public resources are provided for general information. They are not legal, accounting, financial, security, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for how you apply them.

Appointments and services

Submitting a form or booking a discovery call does not create a client relationship or guarantee an engagement. Scope, fees, deliverables, confidentiality, intellectual property, and service commitments are established only in a separate written agreement.

Intellectual property

Return My Time branding, original website copy, designs, and proprietary materials are owned by Return My Time or its licensors. Public prompt templates may be copied and customized for your own business use, but may not be republished as a competing library without written permission.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, the public website is provided as available and Return My Time is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of public website materials.
