Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information Return My Time receives through this website and how that information supports your requested services.

AI discovery calls

With your consent, Retell processes your voice conversation with Annie and produces a transcript. Return My Time stores the transcript with your name, work email, business name, and payment status to prepare your paid assessment. Stripe processes payment through its hosted checkout. Our assessment tools process this information to create your report. Report emails include HTML and PDF attachments and copy Nick Spisak and Corey Ganim. Contact hello@returnmytime.com to ask about access or deletion.

Information you provide

We receive information you submit through newsletter and assessment application forms. An assessment application includes your identity, business details, and five assessment answers about the workflow you want to improve. Other website features may include chat or scheduling forms operated by their identified providers.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to requests, schedule calls, provide requested materials, evaluate potential engagements, maintain customer records, improve our services, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Assessment applications

We use an assessment application for application review, to decide whether the $999 AI Opportunity Assessment is a fit, and to respond with the next step. Submitting an application does not approve or schedule an assessment.

Resend sends the application to corey@returnmytime.com and nick@returnmytime.com. The identity, business details, and all five answers may be retained in Resend sent-email records and API logs and in the mailboxes of the team responsible for reviewing the application. We do not copy the application into a Return My Time database, CRM, or analytics system.

Resend currently states that email data is retained for 30 days, but provider settings and legal requirements may affect actual retention. Mailbox copies are retained only as long as reasonably needed to review the application, respond, maintain appropriate business records, or meet legal obligations.

Service providers

The website is hosted through Vercel. Kit processes newsletter email subscriptions and is the source of truth for newsletter membership. Resend processes assessment application email delivery. GoHighLevel receives a best-effort newsletter CRM mirror and may process separately identified legacy customer-relationship or communication functions. It does not receive assessment applications. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

YouTube API Services

We use YouTube API Services to show episodes from the Build With AI playlist. The site retrieves public episode metadata including video IDs, titles, descriptions, publication dates, thumbnails, durations, caption availability, privacy status, embedding availability, and made-for-kids status.

An automated refresh runs daily at 05:00 UTC. We remove stored and displayed YouTube API data at the 28-day operational cutoff when the required credentials and storage service are reachable. This safety margin retires the data before the YouTube 30-day policy boundary.

The podcast page uses a click-to-load player. It does not create the embedded YouTube player until you choose Play. Before you choose Play, the episode thumbnail is requested from i.ytimg.com, so standard request metadata may be sent to YouTube and Google.

Only after you choose Play does the privacy-enhanced player load and send technical and usage information to Google and YouTube. YouTube and Google may use cookies or similar device storage and may serve content, including ads, as described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Analytics and session recording

We use PostHog for product analytics and conversion measurement. It may receive acquisition and technical context such as referrer and UTM parameters, device and browser information, and the pages you visit and how you move through this website.

PostHog may create masked session recordings to help us understand website usability. Form input values are masked in those recordings.

We identify a newsletter lead in PostHog only when a successful newsletter submission returns a confirmed GoHighLevel contact. We use the opaque GoHighLevel contact ID for that identity and may send limited name and email person properties with the conversion source. Assessment events are anonymous and do not include application fields, answers, or submission identifiers. Kit remains the source of truth for newsletter membership.

The access, correction, deletion, and unsubscribe choices described below apply to information associated with you.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. We use access controls and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, or unsubscribe from marketing communications, by emailing hello@returnmytime.com. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, or contractual purposes.

If your request concerns an assessment application, ask us to delete the applicable provider records and both mailboxes. We will address each copy available through the relevant systems and tell you if a security, legal, or contractual obligation requires limited retention.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy as our website or services change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions may be sent to hello@returnmytime.com.
