About Corey Ganim · An operator's note

A note from an operator.

Before AI became the work, Corey spent years building businesses, fixing processes, and learning where time actually disappears.

What operating taught me

Good automation starts with understanding the work.

I started my first business in ninth grade, converting VHS tapes to DVDs so I could buy the first iPhone. I did not know it then, but the work was teaching me a lesson I would keep relearning: a business is a collection of promises, processes, and decisions, and the owner usually carries too much of it in their head.

Across the businesses that followed, the pattern became hard to miss. Knowledge lived in inboxes, spreadsheets, shared drives, and the memories of a few key people. Every handoff cost time. Every repeated question pulled an operator back into work they had already solved.

When ChatGPT arrived, I did what operators do: I tested it against real work. Thousands of hours of experiments made one thing clear. AI is only as useful as the context and process around it. Automating a broken workflow just makes the wrong thing happen faster.

That is the principle behind how we teach and build today. Audit the work. Optimize the process. Automate only what deserves to run. The goal is not more software. It is returning time to the people responsible for the business.

Corey Ganim

Operator first. Technology second. The work decides what gets automated.

The operating lesson

The lesson stayed simple.

Understand the work. Fix the process. Then automate what deserves to run.

Our operating method

Audit. Optimize. Automate.

We understand the work first, improve the process second, and automate only what deserves to run.

  1. 01

    Audit

We map your sources, workflows, and bottlenecks — and hand you the blueprint.

  2. 02

    Optimize

We structure your company knowledge into one source of truth and improve the process before automating it.

  3. 03

    Automate

We build and manage agents that answer, qualify, quote, and follow up — with full context on how your company works.

Return My Time

That operating method became Return My Time.

Knowledge before autonomy: establish the context, improve the work, then give a bounded agent a job worth doing.

  1. 01

    Assessment

Map the work, knowledge sources, bottlenecks, and best opportunities.

  2. 02

    Knowledge Base

Turn scattered company knowledge into one governed source of truth.

  3. 03

    Managed Agents

Build and manage bounded agents on top of the context they need.

The founders

Two disciplines. One operating standard.
