By accessing or using Return My Time's website (returnmytime.com) and services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

• AI Readiness Quiz (free).
• AI Action Plan (free, delivered via email).
• AI Tools Assessment (paid service - $497).
• Educational content and resources.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your account credentials secure, if applicable.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services.
• Not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

Email Communications:

• By providing your email address, you consent to receive emails from Return My Time, including your AI Action Plan, tips, and service updates.
• You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email.

SMS (Text Message) Communications:

• By opting in to SMS, you consent to receive text messages from Return My Time.
• Message frequency: approximately 1-4 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• Reply HELP for assistance or contact hello@returnmytime.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

AI Tools Assessment:

• Price: $497 (one-time payment).
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
• Payment is due at the time of booking.

Refund Policy:

• If you are unsatisfied with your AI Tools Assessment, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

All content on returnmytime.com (text, graphics, logos, templates, videos) is owned by Return My Time or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including:

• That our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• That results or recommendations will be accurate or suitable for your specific business.
• That our services will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Return My Time and its team members are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Lost profits or business opportunities.
• Errors or omissions in our recommendations.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service (for example, $497 for an AI Tools Assessment).

You agree to indemnify and hold Return My Time harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
